Before we made the decision to sell our first home and buy our permanent home, we asked for realtor recommendations from family and friends. We heeded the very passionate recommendations for Christy Issler and the CHARIS Realty Group and were not disappointed. From the first time she entered our home, I could already see that she was formulating a plan to best sell the house. She explained her basic strategy, but offered us the opportunity to be as much or as little involved in the process as we wanted. The photographer she uses is nothing short of amazing and the fact sheet/brochure she supplied for prospective buyers made our home look spectacular! She walked us through scheduling showings, accepting/declining offers, negotiations, and handled all the headaches and little things that come with real estate without any action from us. Searching for homes was very pleasant as well. We were all over the spectrum from buying used, to new constructions, to short sales, and everything in between. Christy had the utmost patience with us through the three months we spent searching and always made the effort to work with our schedule. Even when she absolutely couldn’t be available, Thomas (also a very capable realtor) was able to join us on several searches and even wrote an offer for us. We also can’t sing enough praises about Laura and her office staff. They have handled everything for us behind the scenes and contact us promptly when our input is needed. Even after the sales of both of our homes, they continue to help close out the few lingering issues (none of which they are responsible for). Christy is a straight shooter and extremely honest with her clients. She has a wonderful, cheerful attitude and always ready with a smile. Christy stood up to her words and worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied with her service every step of the process. She responded very quickly to every email, text and phone call (no matter the time of day/night), gave us great advice, and got us a solid offer in just a few weeks. CHARIS is a team of detail oriented individuals who are extremely professional and very knowledgeable of the local real estate market. They work VERY hard for their clients and get great results!
